Brilliant, informative, great company and new skills learnt at the Glass Hub Masterclass course with Karl Harron in October 2017.

A great summary of the course can be found by Sue Tinkler here

Installed all 4 panels at the school today

installed bee and butterflyInstalled all four panels at the school today and even got invited to talk to the pupils at assembly to explain how they were made and so on … chatted with a couple of the children whilst installing the panels … great to have such gentle inquisitiveness and enthusiasm so kindly given … hope they will enjoy looking at the panels for years to come …

Gravity Drop Course @ Northlands

northlands week composite

Brilliant Gravity Drop course by Amanda Simmons at Northlands Creative Glass in Lybster. Thanks Amanda for being so willing to share you hard won knowledge and encourage us all – well worth the long trip north and some brilliant countryside both during and after the course. Recommend a visit to anyone. Have a look at the gallery for Two2tango and Icefloe to see how the cast blanks turned out when finally dropped and finished.
